The Foundation of Imperial group was laid by Sant Bahadur Singh Luthra in 1948 with a small trading company dealing in various merchandise which further has grown on success path having its presence felt in Manufacturing ,Trading,  Hospitality & Automobile.

 

With the years past the group becomes more stronger with the joining of members of the family. The dynamic spirit of the group enables “ Imperial Group” to create a trust of service and Commitment  in the entire Business community and in the hearts of all our Customers.

Now, the “Imperial Group” functions under the able leadership of Mr. G.K Luthra having a vast experience of 50 years in Welding and Industrial Gases business.

The achievements in the above ventures inspire us to take bigger leaps in the time ahead. The group now has diversified into various fields such as Automotive (TVS & Okinawa), Commodity Trading (Imperial Coffeá), Oil & Gas (LPG gases), Medical Gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide) and Hospitality (Imperial House).
